يتواصل معك فريق العيادة خلال ٢٤ ساعة عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب لتحديد موعد يناسب توقيتك.
The clinic team contacts you within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp to agree on a time that works for your time zone.
3. رابط المكالمة
The video call
يصلك رابط Zoom أو Google Meet قبل الموعد المحدد. الدكتور مصطفى يناقش حالتك ويشرح الخيارات المتاحة.

الاستشارة عن بعد وسيلة أولية لمناقشة حالتك ووضع خطة عامة — أي قرار جراحي أو علاجي نهائي يتطلب فحصاً سريرياً شخصياً بعد وصولك. لا توجد رسوم تُدفع أونلاين؛ يتم الاتفاق على تفاصيل الرسوم مباشرة مع فريق العيادة عند تأكيد الموعد.
A video consultation is a preliminary way to discuss your case and outline a general plan — any final surgical or treatment decision requires an in-person clinical examination after you arrive. No payment is collected online; the consultation fee is arranged directly with the clinic team when confirming your appointment.
